How will my unlock customers receive support?
When a customer goes on our website and orders an unlock, he will receive the unlock codes (shown in the client's browser), right away ( nothing to wait one week to get the unlock code) a personalized email, send from an email address we have set in the administration module here on munlock.com, containing a link to the unlock codes and instructions on how reach you, in order to get support in case the customer experiences a problem. We also plan to launch a complete support package, with a hotline call center support. This in effect will mean, that the user, in case of a problem, will have a phone number send in the confirmation email, which he can call and receive support from.
